Thin Client Networking Scotland UK

If you are considering a network or already operate one using individual PC’s you may wish to consider the benefits of a “thin client” network. In thin client networking all applications are run on a dedicated secure server computer with terminals replacing desktop PC’s. These terminals generally do not have hard or floppy disk drives and cannot be corrupted or subjected to viruses in the same way as PC’s. In addition to the network security benefits there are potential cost savings through deploying terminals as opposed to the costs of purchasing, replacing and maintaining PC’s.
